General

If the item has sold out and there is continued interest for said item, there will absolutely be a restock! You can follow our social media on instagram and twitter for frequent updates, sign up for restock notifications or subscribe to our to be notifed!

 

A pre-order is a period during which an item may available at a discounted price or other compensation before production to help fund the production. We only host pre-orders for large projects, such as our "Sin Series" enamel pin. While we attempt to self-fund most items, your support is sometimes needed. We provide details on the pre-order time frame, production time, and any other relevant information for each item. In the event that we fail to reach the pre-order goal, your amount will be refunded.

Don't worry let's figure it out! Message us via Whatsapp or Email with your order id. If possible do take a unboxing video or photos the time you open the packaging.

To use your store credit, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in with your email address.
  2. At checkout, make sure to select the checkbox labeled "Store Credit."
  3. Proceed to checkout.

If your store credit is not visible, please reach out to us. This could happen if your email ID is not associated with the credit or if the credit has expired.

Shipping

Please contact your local post office and check with neighbors, around your residential area, or with any front offices. Packages are marked as delivered when they've reached their destination. 

Please verify your address before checking out. 

  • Our order processing time is currently 3-4 days but we're actively working to reduce it.

  • Express Shipping takes 4-7 days via air, while Standard Shipping takes 7-15 days via road.

  • International Shipping takes around 2-3 weeks post dispatchment
  • For urgent requests, please let us know, and we will try our best to expedite the delivery.
