Will an item be restocked?

If the item has sold out and there is continued interest, we will restock it. Follow us on Instagram and Twitter for updates, sign up for restock notifications, or subscribe to our newsletter to be notified!

What is a preorder?

A pre-order is a period during which an item may be available at a discounted price or with other incentives before production to help fund the production. We provide details on the pre-order time frame, production time, and any other relevant information for each item. If we fail to reach the pre-order goal, your amount will be refunded.

Some of the items I ordered are missing or wrong

Don't worry, let's figure it out! Message us via WhatsApp or Email with your order ID. If possible, take an unboxing video or photos at the time you open the packaging.

How can I use my store credit?
  1. Log in with your email address.
  2. At checkout, select the checkbox labeled "Store Credit."
  3. Proceed to checkout.

If your store credit is not visible, please reach out to us. This could happen if your email ID is not associated with the credit or if the credit has expired. Feel free to contact us for further assistance!

My order says delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Please contact your local post office and check with neighbors, around your residential area, or with any front offices. Packages are marked as delivered when they've reached their destination. Please verify your address before checking out.

Where is my order or Why my order is delayed?
  • Our order processing time is currently 1-2 working days but we're actively working to reduce it.
  • Express Shipping takes 3-5 days via air, while Standard Shipping takes 5-7 days via road. Varies based on location
  • International Shipping takes around 2-3 weeks post dispatchment For urgent requests, please let us know, and we will try our best to expedite the delivery.
